Megan was Billy´s twin sister, she used to be similar to him in other ways also, she was a cowgirl and easy going with people, she has experience with guns, she attended the same highschool as his brother.

After the outbreak began her parents died and they had to escape before the horde came any closer she took her horse and traveled out of the farmland with her brothers and sister, they managed to survive and found Juan´s group. She met Dan who she fell in love with and then they became a couple.
